Visiting Biotopes: Two Evening excursions
During this excursion we wil discover in the often visited local recreation area of Zumikon and Ebmatingen, several places of renaturation. On our way we will get to know the ecological corners and learn about measures to support nature, such as heap of stones or branches along the edge of the forest and of course our big project, the dry stone wall. From there on we'll continue to the the former dumpsite, which has become now a spawning ground for many amphibians. And why should we be going in the evening? With some luck, we hope to hear a concert of frogs to finish off our excursion.
